This no-fuss lower body strength, stability, mobility workout requires nothing but your body weight and Jetti Poles. Experience a brief warm-up, quick tutorial of five moves (Dead Lift to Squats, Squats, R Lunge Backs, L Lunge Backs, Lateral Lunges). Then, enjoy a short and sweet workout! Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for ten minutes, perform 4 reps of each move, then rest the remainder of the minute.
